Alexandra is a Registered Dietitian whose goal is to help women find balance in both how they nourish their bodies and how they feel about themselves. She understands that many women struggle with the tension between enjoying food freely and following strict diets to look a certain way. Alexandra believes there is a middle ground, where food can support health, confidence, and long-term well-being without extremes.

Through personalized coaching, Alexandra creates nutrition plans that align with each client’s lifestyle and goals. Her approach respects individual needs and fosters mindful eating habits that support both well-being and confidence. She is committed to helping clients build a sustainable path forward, one that honors their bodies and their choices.
